Our investment project

Country Club

An 800 hectares country club located in southeast of Bintan Island. It planned to issue 8000 memberships worth SGD 240 million. In the plan also included to develop a tropical tourist attraction with projected output exceeding SGD 10 billion is currently being developed. This development aims to attract businesses who are interested in Indonesia’s long-term progress so as to reap the fruits with its globalization.

Life Service Business

Valued at approximately SGD 300 million, Life Service Park comprises of one Health Wellness Village, an End-of-Life and related Services Parlor. This project will seek for international funding and integrating existing service providers to build a life service business based on professionalism, inclusiveness, with spirit of gratitude, respect cultural variation, races and religions in the culture of never forgetting the source of benefits and paying due respect often.

Biotechnology Medical Park

871 hectares is to be built in Batam tax free zone. This park will provide medical, medical facilities and internationalize hospital management and to co-operate with other countries in expanding research capability based on biotechnology health. This medical park will provide one-stop services to fulfill all needs in medicine and exploit globally once it is ready. With the scale of economies reaching SGD 500 million, its readiness will provide a new dimension in biotechnology to human.

Special Financial Centre

With Indonesian IBA Twin Towers and International Convention and Exhibition Centre as center point of economic development, Batam Special Financial Centre will gather Islamic Banking, respective countries trading offices, and set up seasonal trade fairs in referencing to China Guangdong trade fairs, so as to assist Indonesia’sthirty four provinces to establish trading resource in Batam. The Special Financial Centre will expand gradually in circular form and integrate commercial and residential projects in the development too.
The difference of this Special Financial Centre from Singapore is: the establishment of Islamic Banking allow sense of localization in religious and culture for the locals, and at the same time eliminate competition from other banking culture. By learning from Dubai’s successful experience, Batam Island will arise to be South East Asia’s new financial hub.
